Do you handle rentals or property management?

No. We focus purely on buying, selling and land brokerage, plus the construction that follows. We do not manage rentals or properties.

Can foreigners buy safely in the Riviera Maya?

Yes. In the restricted coastal zone, ownership is held through a bank trust (fideicomiso). We coordinate the lawyers and notary so your title is secure.
